 LOCATIONS

Holywell Bay

how to get there Just south of Newquay, take the Axxx, 2nd minor crossroads, signposted to the right, Holywell and Cubert, minor road takes you right to the coast.

parking there is a National Trust carpark, all day charges in the summer. Not sure what time they go home, but there weren't there at 5.15pm to take our money!

facilities close by, there are 2 pubs, public toilets and a couple of beach shops/cafes. Beach is a 7-10 minute walk along a soft/hard sand path.

comments A very pretty beach setting, life guards on duty. Several big holiday camps close by. The dunes at Holywell have protected status and are part of an SSSI site.
