Sandymouth

part of a set of 3 beaches just north of Bude, Duckpool, Sandymouth and Northcote. Sandymouth is managed by the National Trust and the Heritage Coast

how to get there from Bude, follow the A39 towards Bideford, just before Kilkhampton turn left, follow signs to Stibb and Sandymouth Bay. Beach is 3 miles from the A39 most of the road is single carriageway.

Parking in the National Trust carpark (£2 ish) or ask for a free 10 minutes to suss the surf!

facilities there is NT cafe and toilets.

comments Beach has a seaside award. OS Grid Ref: SS 201 099. 5 minutes walk to the beach slight descent over rocky path. Good beach to go to to get away from the crowds.
