Blokart The Blokart was invented by the Kiwi's and brought to the UK in 2002. It has won many awards and seems to be taking the world by storm. It is a cross between a land sailer and a go-kart and is designed to be easy to ride. It is made of steel and fibreglass so is extremely durable, safe and light, simple to use. Blokarting is very easy to pick up. If you can move your arms you can blokart! Simply get in, belt up, steer with one hand and pull in the sheet rope with the other. On the beach or cordoned-off grounds, the "blokart" can reach speeds of up to 90 km/h. although you'd be better off starting out in lighter winds just to get the hang of it.
